Cancellation Policy

You can cancel any order free of charge before it ships, for a full refund. No questions, no fee.

Before shipment

Cancel any time before your order ships and you will receive a full refund of the $49 you paid. To cancel, use the cancellation link on your order page, or contact us with your order number.

After shipment

Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled. If you change your mind after shipment, please see our Return & Refund Policy.

Refund timing

Refunds go to your original payment method through PayPal. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear — the exact timing depends on PayPal and your bank or card issuer.

If we cancel your order

If we must cancel your order — for example because of a stock or delivery problem we cannot resolve — we will notify you and refund you in full.
