Shipping Policy

Every flask ships free, worldwide, from our workshop in Anji, China. The $49 price is all-in — there is no shipping fee at checkout, and no minimum order.

Where we ship

We ship to addresses worldwide. If checkout accepts your address, we deliver to it.

Handling time

Orders are dispatched within a few business days of payment.

Delivery times

Delivery times below are estimates counted from dispatch, not guarantees. Customs clearance and local carriers can add time, especially around holidays.

• United States: 7–10 days
• United Kingdom: 7–9 days
• Other destinations: varies by route, typically 7–15 days

Tracking

When your order ships, we email you a tracking number so you can follow the parcel.

Delivery address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a parcel cannot be delivered and returns to us, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery; additional shipping may apply.

Import duties and taxes

Import duties, taxes, and customs fees charged by your country, if any, are the buyer's responsibility and are not included in the $49 price.

Problems with delivery

If tracking shows your parcel as delivered but you have not received it, or your parcel seems stuck, contact us with your order number and we will help trace it.
