Return & Refund Policy

If something arrives damaged or is not right, we will make it right. Change-of-mind returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

Damaged, defective, or wrong item

Contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the problem. We will offer a replacement or a full refund — and if a return is needed in these cases, we cover the return shipping.

Change of mind

Unused items in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Contact us first for return instructions — please do not send anything back before we confirm. Return shipping is at your cost. Once we receive and inspect the return, we refund the product price ($49) to your original payment method.

What cannot be returned

Items that have been used beyond checking them, or damaged after delivery, cannot be returned. Natural variation in the bamboo weave and tone, and minor marks from handwork, are characteristics of a handmade product — not defects.

Refund timing

Refunds go to your original payment method through PayPal. Please allow 5–10 business days after we approve or receive your return for the refund to appear — the exact timing depends on PayPal and your bank or card issuer.
