Terms of Service

The basics of buying from Bamboo Wonders.

Products

We sell handmade bamboo-woven vacuum flasks. Because each piece is woven by hand, natural variation in the bamboo weave and tone, and minor marks from handwork, are characteristics of the product — not defects. Product photos show the design; individual pieces vary slightly.

Prices and payment

Prices are in US dollars. The $49 flask price includes free worldwide shipping. We may change prices; orders already placed keep the price paid. Payment is by PayPal, including guest card checkout.

Orders

We may cancel or refuse an order — for example because of a stock or delivery problem — and if we do, you are refunded in full.

Shipping, cancellation, and returns

Shipping, cancellation, and return-and-refund terms are covered by their own policies: Shipping Policy, Cancellation Policy, and Return & Refund Policy.

Liability

Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time; the current version is always on this page.
